02Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase made through the LUMA website. By placing an order, you agree to them.

03How an order is placed

Every listing on LUMA is a single, unique physical device, never a quantity of stock. When you check out, our system checks in real time that the device you're buying is still available.

If two customers try to buy the same device at the same time, only the first completed payment is honoured. If your payment goes through for a device that has just sold to someone else, we cancel that item and refund you automatically, in full.

A contract of sale is formed when your payment is confirmed by our payment provider, Stripe, not when you add an item to your cart.

04Prices

All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include VAT. The price shown on a listing is the price you pay. Nothing is added at checkout.

05Payment

Payment is made by card through Stripe Checkout, a secure hosted payment page. We do not accept cash on delivery.

06Delivery

Delivery is free, anywhere in Cyprus. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day and in most cases delivered within 1–2 business days.

07Device condition

Most devices are pre-owned: before one is listed, it's tested and graded Grade A+, Grade A or Grade B. A device listed as Brand New is new and unused.

08Warranty

LUMA's commercial warranty

Every device comes with a sixty (60) day commercial warranty from the date of delivery.

It applies to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required.

What's covered

Faults that appear under normal use, with no external cause:

  • Screen: dead pixels, unresponsive touch, ghost touch
  • Charging port and failure to charge
  • Speakers, earpiece, microphones
  • Cameras
  • Buttons and the mute switch
  • Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, signal reception
  • Face ID / Touch ID that stops working with no physical cause

Battery: A sudden drop of 10 percentage points or more from the battery health stated at purchase, within the warranty period. Example: a device sold at a stated 90% that drops to 80% or lower. This is covered whether the battery is original or was previously replaced.

Parts replaced before sale: If a part was replaced and disclosed in the device's listing, any fault or malfunction of that part is fully covered by this warranty.

What's not covered

  • Damage from a drop, impact, pressure or any other accident
  • A cracked or shattered screen or back glass
  • Exposure to moisture or liquids. The device's internal moisture indicators are determinative
  • Opening, repair or modification by an unauthorised third party
  • Damage from an unsuitable charger, cable or accessory
  • Modified software, jailbreaking or interference with the operating system
  • Gradual, normal battery capacity loss within normal limits. A drop of 10 percentage points or more is not normal and is covered under "What's covered"
  • Cosmetic wear disclosed or shown at the time of purchase, consistent with the device's condition grade
  • Loss or destruction of data
  • Inability to access the device due to the buyer's iCloud account or Activation Lock
  • Consumable accessories that may accompany the device (cables, chargers)
See Device Condition Grades →

Process

Contact us with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We may ask you to send the device back for inspection.

Before shipping, turn off Find My and sign out of your iCloud account. A backup is recommended. We're not responsible for data loss.

Shipping costs

If the fault is covered by this warranty, shipping to us for inspection and back to you is at LUMA's cost.

If inspection shows the fault isn't covered (for example, moisture is found, damage from a drop, or third-party interference), shipping both ways is at your cost. We'll tell you before any charge or action.

This is different from the 14-day right of withdrawal, where return shipping is always at the customer's cost, regardless of reason.

See Returns & Withdrawal →

Remedy

Once a covered fault is confirmed, the device is repaired at no charge. If repair isn't possible, we offer a replacement of equivalent specification or a refund.

09Right of withdrawal

Independently of the legal warranty above, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal on every purchase, with no reason needed.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If something's wrong with your order, contact us first. Most issues are resolved directly and quickly.
