Returns & Withdrawal
You have 14 days to change your mind on any purchase, no reason needed. Here's exactly how that works.
Last updated 1 September 2026
01Your right of withdrawal
If you're buying as a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason and without penalty.
02When the 14 days start
The 14 days start on the day you (or someone you've named, other than the courier) take physical possession of the device.
03How to return a device
Message us on WhatsApp or by email before you send anything back, with your order number. We'll confirm your request and tell you where to send the device.
Because each listing is a unique device, we can't process a returned device that arrives without a prior request. It can't reliably be matched to your order.

If you withdraw within the 14 days, we refund everything you paid (including the original delivery cost) within 14 days of being told of your decision, using the same payment method you used. We may hold the refund until we receive the device back, or until you show proof you've sent it, whichever is first.
05What you're responsible for
You must send the device back within 14 days of telling us you're withdrawing. Return shipping is at your own cost and risk.
You're responsible for any drop in the device's value caused by handling it beyond what's needed to check it, so keep the original packaging where you can, and treat the device as you would in a shop before buying it.
See the warranty terms →06Exceptions
LUMA sells complete, unique iPhones — even when a device ships sealed in its original packaging, it isn't made-to-order or customised. None of the usual legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply to our catalogue today. If that changes, this page will be updated.
07Withdrawal vs. a faulty device
This 14-day right of withdrawal is separate from your legal warranty. Withdrawal lets you change your mind, for any reason, within 14 days. The legal warranty covers a device that turns out faulty or not as described, and lasts longer (see our Terms of Sale). If your device arrives faulty, tell us and we'll handle it as a warranty claim, not a simple return.
